Managed IT Services

Predictable IT. Fixed monthly cost. No surprises.

Most small businesses deal with IT reactively — something breaks, someone calls for help, and an unpredictable bill follows. JRC Managed Services flips that model. For a flat monthly rate, your systems are monitored, patched, and supported before problems become outages. You get a dedicated IT partner without the cost of a full-time employee.

Proactive beats reactive every time.

Managed services gives small businesses a calmer support model, clearer budgeting, and better visibility into the systems people depend on every day.

Break-Fix: Old Way

  • You call when something breaks
  • Unpredictable, per-incident bills
  • No visibility into your systems
  • Vendor and software decisions on your own
  • Every problem feels like a crisis

Managed Services: JRC Way

  • Issues caught before they affect you
  • Flat monthly rate — budget with confidence
  • Monthly reports and ongoing documentation
  • Guidance and recommendations included
  • Calm, consistent support from someone who knows your systems

Backup Service Terms

  • Storage allotment is measured as compressed, deduplicated backup size — not raw source data size
  • Overage is billed monthly based on average storage consumed during that billing period
  • Clients will be notified when usage reaches 80% of their included allotment before overage charges apply
  • Pricing covers one backup destination (cloud target); additional destinations are quoted separately
  • Retention policy (number of versions and days retained) directly affects storage consumption and must be agreed upon in writing at signup — standard retention is 30 days; longer retention periods may require a higher plan or additional storage
  • Restore labor is not included — restores are billed at JRC's standard hourly rate unless the client is on the JRC Managed (Tier 3) plan

Not sure which tier fits? Let's talk.

Every business is different. If you're not sure where to start, reach out and describe what you're working with — number of users, what systems you're running, and what's giving you the most headaches. JRC will give you a straight answer on what makes sense, without a sales pitch.
