Start with the Request Help form.

The form creates a clear starting record for what you need help with, what systems are involved, where you are located, and how urgent the issue is. Email and phone are available for follow-up or when a quick conversation makes more sense.

What to include

A little detail up front helps JRC respond with the right next step instead of guessing. Do not send passwords, private keys, MFA codes, or other secrets through the form or email.
